BBR004 – The Billiards Biohacker Report: The Whole Brain Billiards Biohacking Project

The Whole Brain Billiards Biohacking project is kicking off on Oct. 10th, 2012.

Keep tuning in to find out more information and share in the fun.

In episode 4, I give a complete rundown of how I will be structuring the project, along with metrics that I will be using to quantify and report my results. All of this is explained in great detail in the recent article I wrote.

Also, I explain how you can play a part in the success of the podcast by helping defer some of the costs of the project.  For which, I am giving some bonus rewards.  If you are interested in helping to fund this project and collect some nice rewards, check out all of the details on my Whole Brain Billiards Biohacking Project page on RocketHub.com.

Stuff that I mentioned in this episode:

The emWave2® is one of the coolest gadgets, ever! You can use it to verify if you are being effective at lower stress levels and resetting your heart coherence. Learn more about it at here.

Also, I want to get a Zeo Sleep Monitoring System, to track my sleep quality throughout the project.
You can those two items at Amazon too…

I mentioned, InsideTracker.com, the service that I’m planning on using for my 20 biomarker tests.

Here is a short video introducing you to Michael J. Lavery, the author of the book “Whole Brain Power“. In this video, you will see and hear about the techniques that Michael used to train his whole brain to become a triple-sport ambidextrous athlete.

BTW, if you’ve never tried to bounce a golf ball off of a hammer, give it a try. It will give you a new appreciation for what Michael was showing in this video.

I hope you enjoyed this episode of The Billiards Biohacker Report.

Feel free to leave comments and questions. I would love to hear what you think of this episode.

Cheers,
Skippy

*To be fully transparent, I do have some affiliations with companies like Amazon. Therefore, I may make a small amount of money if you choose to buy through the links on this page. That helps me to pay my expenses for this site. By all means, if you would rather bypass these links that is fine. The prices will be the same either way. The main thing for me is that you have access to these great resources. If you find a local source to buy or get it cheaper somewhere else, then I totally understand. If you do use the links on this page to buy, then I thank you for your support.
